Additionally, Joe has completed the Ontario association of home inspectors DEFECT RECOGNITION & REPORTING COURSE,Part 9 Building Code Act, Building Envelope and Health and Safety, as well as taking the Home Inspection Certificate program at Humber College. This comprehensive Canadian based home inspection program covers all aspects of home inspection from building structure, electricity and plumbing to roofing, insulation, heating and air conditioning.
He is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Member of BNI Elite Mississauga, PHPIO Professional Home and Property Inspectors of Ontario.
After 18 years in the Home renovation industry specializing in all aspects of home renovations. and attending Humber College as a Certified Home inspector, Joe has not only the formal education required, but, the hands on experience to provide a detailed and thorough home inspection.
