After discussing with my wife, we have decided this house is not for us. We will most likely proceed with a renovation of our existing place instead - love to have more space, but not taking chance on this type of investment. If we were to consider buying a house again, I will definitely give you a call. I will do the same if I have friends looking for home inspection service.
BTW, the seller was obviously a little disappointed. They might drop you a line/call to understand the nature of the cracks and etc. I did make sure I explain to them that you made no recommendation other than stating and explaining what we saw on the exterior wall, and the decision to not proceed with solely mine and my wife's.

Jesse & I just wanted to thank you again for inspecting the home yesterday on some place Drive. Toronto Ontario
Though it was a scary experience for us as first time house buyers with little knowledge, after letting it all sink in yesterday we still love the home and can live with it's current condition and do the necessary repairs as time/money permits. I think our top priorities right now are upgrading the electrical first and getting the garage roof looked at next based on your recommendations.
